In 2015 we developed an 8,000 sqft unit for our new Tenants, Howdens Joinery, at our Estate off Wilderbrook Way. We have planning approval for three additional blocks of small industrial units adjacent to Howdens; two blocks of 4,000 sqft and a block of 10,000 sqft.
